William "Bill" Blaylock, 72, of Pinch, formerly of St. Albans, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at home from heart complications.

Bill was proud U.S. Navy Veteran and was a retired mail carrier for the U.S. Post Office. He was a simple man of loving nature. He was very proud of his loving family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Delores Blaylock; and brother, Stephen Blaylock.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Rose Z.; son, Todd Blaylock (Megan) of Mullica Hill, NJ; grandsons, Mason, Jackson, and Greyson Blaylock; brothers, Thomas Blaylock (Mona) of Midlothian, VA and James Blaylock (Lilly) of Sissonville; and cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, August 3 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Rev. Joel Harpold officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
